    Excellent service, very well priced, completed the job quickly, and took exceptional care of all furniture. I forgot to mention I had a few things to take upstairs, and the boys were happy to do so. Would highly recommend, and use again!

    The company did not contact me once off their own accord to communicate any of this with me. I only got through to someone after feeling like i was harassing their mobile. I was told, sorry, the other driver's phone is on 1%. I'm sorry that is not my problem at all- you are a removal company! Charge your phones before you head out! I understand things happen, traffic happens, jobs are bigger than expected etc, but to not even have the decency to communicate any of this with me is awful.

    This is the 2nd time I use Swift Removalist. They were on time, and moved stuff quickly yet safely. The two guys Trui and Tresor did fantastic job. In comparison with other removalist I used over the past 8 year, this one is outstanding. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

    This company has literally wasted my entire day waiting for this delivery, not to mention petrol money and, again, no one has called me as they said they would.

    Used Swift services to move from Adelaide to Melbourne. They allowed for the move to be stress free. Would highly recommend.

    Terrible, arranged a date and time, he asked for all details in a text. I repeatedly asked for confirmation that he was coming, no response to text, no response to landline or mobile, bi response to Facebook messages. Not even a message from him to tell me he couldn't do it. Absolutely woeful, wouldn't not recommend!

    I had one item (a piano) to be delivered from a friends house in Northgate to my house in Torrensville. The drivers were a total no-show at the agreed time of 10:30am, and no phonecall. When i finally got a hold of someone an hour later, they were complaining about the size of the job they were currently doing. I told the driver, 'look, the pickup address is really out of my way and i have to be here to let you in- i need a *realistic* time to come back today', and i was informed they could do it at 2pm. So i went home, waited, and made a second trip for the second agreed time. At 2pm, ANOTHER NO-SHOW. I just stood on the curb at the pickup address for another half an hour where i finally got in touch with the driver again only to be told they would possibly not be able to do it today AT ALL.
