Fantastic service. Went above and beyond to assist with finding a solution for re-keying our vehicle and finding a new remote too.

Following an issue with our front door Knight Locksmiths responded quickly to come and assess and try and rectify the problem. The locksmith concerned was not able to fix the problem and reassembled the lock to the best of his ability. Knight offered to send out a more experienced person to further explore the repair options at no extra cost. A the lock was under warranty Gainsborough instructed us not to have the second visit and subsequently repaired the lock for us with a small account to follow. In negotiation with Knight Locksmiths we agreed to go half in the initial cost and as a result received a 50% refund which shows integrity.

Outstanding service, used them to swap locks on a property when tenants moved out and just used them again to rekey some Snap-On toolbox locks. Highly recommended.
